Production Manager

Job Description : DISTILLERY PRODUCTION MANAGER CHILE Open to Spanish speaking candidates worldwide The Production Manager will be a key member of the management team with responsibility for the overall operational leadership and manufacturing a range of alcoholic products. This individual will be accountable for all aspects of operations, including: ? Planning, budgeting, sourcing, producing and shipping goods. ? Managing and developing the operations team. ? Complying with all applicable local to federal laws in a highly regulated industry. ? Continual improvements to the cost, efficiency, quality, safety and environmental management of operations. ? Maintenance and improvement of equipment and facilities. ? Embracing and improving the company's culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant ? Education: minimum bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business administration or related field. ? Experience: 10+ years in a manufacturing or operations environment in the alcoholic beverage industry, with demonstrated experience in growing operations/production, planning/budgeting and team building. ? Character: unrelenting problem solver/doer with developed management skills ? Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. ? Experience working with manufacturing based technology, software, processes and principles. ? Willing and able to perform any operations team member’s job, including physically demanding ones
