This is a great opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take the lead role in developing the business and helping it to reach its full potential. The ideal candidate should have experience in general management, with particular experience and skills in managing and directing flexible packaging. They should have an understanding of the changing needs within the market and be able to implement strategies to meet these needs. The General Manager should also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work with all stakeholders and be a strong leader.
