Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI The ideal candidate will have previous CAT 3C experience with other companies in DIFC. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all financial accoutning & operations within the company. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with DFSA regulations, developing effective financial strategies, collaborating with senior management on key decisions, monitoring financial performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Your expertise in CAT 3C investment management will be invaluable in this role. Manage and oversee all financial operations within the company Ensure compliance with DFSA regulations and standards Develop and implement effective financial strategies Collaborate with senior management to make informed financial decisions Monitor and analyse financial performance and report findings to stakeholders Identify potential areas for financial improvement and propose solutions The successful Finance Manager will bring proven experience from a similar role within a CAT 3C Investment Management Entity. You will have strong knowledge of DFSA regulations and standards, excellent strategic planning skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be key to your success in this role.
