Production Director

Job Description : PRODUCTION DIRECTOR SPAIN Open to Spanish speaking International candidates Main objective : Achieve effective management of available resources, both internal and external, organizing the projects under its charge to ensure compliance with deadlines and the profitability of the works committed to clients. Main responsibilities : • Organize and manage the human team to ensure the completion of projects within the agreed time and with the agreed quality. • Monitor costs and execution of work, providing appropriate technical solutions to any changes or unforeseen events. • Analyze and optimize budgets, redesigns and execution times, working together with the production team. • Continuously monitor the progress of projects and implement improvements in production processes. • Ensure that the installations carried out comply with the established quality standards. • Verify that the technical and legal regulations corresponding to each project are respected. • Periodically inform production management about the times, costs and technical results of each project. • Ensure the accuracy of the information and compliance with internal procedures. • Promote effective communication and collaboration between the different departments to achieve corporate goals. • Lead, train, motivate and manage the team under your charge to improve its performance. Profile requirements : • Technical or higher engineering degree • Additional training in production planning or management. • Experience >18 years in production management roles. • Knowledge of comprehensive installations (electrical, mechanical and/or telecommunications). • High orientation to satisfy customer needs and problem-solving skills. • Leadership skills and good interpersonal communication.
