Job Description : IT AND CYBERSECURITY SALES DIRECTOR Open to International candidates a company specialized in advanced technological solutions, focused on areas such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, communications, and managed services. Its offering includes the implementation and maintenance of networks, data centers, and connectivity solutions, as well as providing IT security and digital transformation services for companies in various sectors. Some of its main services include: Cybersecurity: Implementation of protection systems, security audits, and solutions against cyber threats. Networks and Communications: Design and implementation of data and communications networks, guaranteeing efficiency and scalability. Data Centers: Design, construction, and management of data centers with high availability and energy efficiency. IT Infrastructure: Technological solutions that optimize the operations of companies, from servers to storage and virtualization. Managed Services: IT outsourcing, providing ongoing support, maintenance, and technological management services. We are looking for a Sales Director with experience in the technology and cybersecurity sector, capable of leading the team of Key Account Managers (KAM) and generating commercial strategies that drive the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a wide network of contacts, especially with cybersecurity solution manufacturers, and will be responsible for developing effective sales plans that strengthen the company's market presence. Define and execute commercial strategies to increase sales in the technology services and cybersecurity sector. Manage and lead the internal KAM team, ensuring excellence in customer relations. Expand the client portfolio and establish solid relationships with key players in the sector. Manage and strengthen relationships with cybersecurity manufacturers, seeking strategic alliances and business opportunities. Monitor market trends and adapt commercial strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed established sales objectives. Requirements: Minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial management positions, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector. Consolidated network of contacts with cybersecurity manufacturers and key players in the sector. Solid experience in managing sales teams and defining sales strategies. Results-orientation and negotiation skills. Leadership and teamwork skills.
