You will be responsible for identifying and executing lucrative investment opportunities while ensuring thorough due diligence. Your expertise will be crucial in formulating deal structures and negotiating legal documentation. Additionally, you will manage post-investment portfolios and generate insightful reports. Your ability to build comprehensive financial models and conduct deep financial analysis will guide investment decisions. Furthermore, your contribution to fundraising activities will be invaluable. Source, map, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities within the Healthcare and AI field. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments. Formulate deal structures and negotiate legal documentation with investment targets. Prepare comprehensive investment memos in English. Manage the post-investment portfolio, providing value-add whenever possible. Generate quarterly valuations and portfolio reports. Collaborate with other departments to complete daily fund management tasks. Build full 3-statement financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment decision-making. Assist management with fundraising activities. The ideal candidate for this Director of Private Equity position brings a wealth of experience from related fields along with a strong understanding of the Healthcare and AI sectors. Your proficiency in financial analysis and modelling will be key to your success in this role. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to prepare clear and concise investment memos, while your ability to work effectively under pressure will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Being a team-player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills will set you apart. Post-graduate degree in Medical, Biology, Chemistry or Financial majors preferred. MBA or PhD designation is a plus. At least 10 years of consistent experience in related fields with a proven track record in related markets. Strong understanding of the designated sector and experience in evaluating investment opportunities within those industries. Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, with the ability to build comprehensive 3-statement financial models. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise investment memos. Strong verbal and written English is essential. Team-player and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good work ethic with ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
