Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) Reports To: CEO Location: Dubai The COO will Lead the manufacturing function within budget to meet customer requirements. Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards are met. Key Responsibilities: ? Implement best practices, strategies, and procedures to improve operational performance. ? Oversee operations and employee productivity, fostering an inclusive culture. ? Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. ? Identify business improvement opportunities and monitor productivity levels. ? Coordinate with departments to meet production targets. ? Share production reports and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues. ? Contribute to continuous improvement activities to optimize results and meet quality standards. ? Monitor supply and demand changes affecting production and inventory. ? Lead safety meetings and ensure team compliance with risk assessments. ? Implement inventory tracking systems to improve control. ? Collaborate with management on business expansion strategies. Qualifications: ? Degree in Business Administration/Operations Management. ? 20 years of operations management and leadership experience (packaging industry preferred). Skills: ? Strong finance, budgeting, and cash-flow management knowledge. ? Proficient in organizational effectiveness and operations management. ? Excellent planning, leadership, and risk identification skills. ? Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
