Job Description : BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER - UAE We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join one of the leading automotive companies in Dubai, who has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality vehicles, exceptional customer service, and comprehensive aftersales support. This is a crucial and niche role that has developed over the past 4 years, focusing on optimising processes, enhancing efficiency, and providing strategic advisory across sales and aftersales operations. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for OEMs and oversee network development. * Work closely with sales and aftersales teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals. * Streamline inventory management, sales processes, and aftersales support to maximize efficiency. * Act in an advisory capacity to drive operational improvements and optimize processes. * Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and implement best practices. Requirements: * Current experience working for a dealership in the Middle East or European markets. * Proven experience in an operational role within sales or aftersales. * Strong understanding of OEM relationships and network development. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
