Chief People Officer

Job Description : Chief People Officer with experience in setting up GCC We are seeking a CPO with 20+ years of experience with a MUST HAVE experience of at least 12 years in a leadership overseeing all functions with large diversified GCC / GBS / SSC environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up GCC, have an extensive knowledge of establishing and managing progressive HR practices and managing various areas within the HR function (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, OD, L&D etc.) Key qualifications include Master's degree in HR. Professional certification in related areas will be an advantage.
