Job Description : Regional Head of HR for OMAN their tech firm in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and experience driving strategic initiatives, employee engagement, innovative HR practices, and recruitment excellence. This role, overseeing 1800+ employees across the region and a captive in India, reports directly to an Omani board member. The offered salary is 3.5K Omani Rial per month.
