You will lead a team of dedicated professionals across sales, advertising, and partnerships while identifying new avenues for growth. Your role will involve cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth. You will also analyse market trends and customer insights to inform your strategies. Collaboration is key in this role as you'll work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of initiatives. Leveraging data-driven insights will be crucial for measuring performance and optimising revenue streams. Staying updated on industry developments will help maintain a competitive edge. Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Lead a high-performing team of sales, advertising, and partnership professionals. Develop and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and KPIs. The ideal candidate for the Head of Revenue position brings a wealth of experience in revenue management within the media industry. With a minimum of 15 years' experience in similar roles, you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Your strong leadership skills enable you to inspire and motivate teams, while your deep understanding of advertising sales, subscription models, and digital media trends informs your strategies. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills allow you to influence stakeholders at all levels. You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights. An entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and problem-solving rounds out your profile. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in revenue management, sales, business development within the media industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a media or publishing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams. Deep understanding of advertising sales, subscription models, digital media trends. Excellent communication, negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
