Job Description : HEAD OF RISK DUBAI a leading player in the Oil & Gas Commodity Trading sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Risk to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee Market Risk, Product Control and Credit Risk within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and manage a team, providing strategic direction and leadership. As the Head of Risk, you will play a pivotal role in managing risk across the organisation. Your remit will span Market Risk, Product Control and Credit Risk. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide strategic direction for risk management while fostering a culture of collaboration within your team. Your ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies will be key to your success in this role. -Proven experience in risk management within the Oil & Gas sector -Strong knowledge of Market Risk, Product Control and Credit Risk -Experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment -Ability to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures -Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards -Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
