Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO MADRID SPAIN Role is open to International candidates Listed multinational in the logistics and transport sector is looking for a Financial Director in Madrid. Reporting to the Group CFO, your main responsibilities will be: • Plan, design and monitor the financing strategy of the company and its subsidiaries, coordinating the execution of said strategy. • Design and implement the rating strategy, as well as coordinate and execute discussions with rating agencies. • Monitor and implement best practices for monitoring the value of the company and its subsidiaries. • Involvement in defining the optimal capital structure and dividend policy. • Take responsibility for preparing the Corporate Report. • Participate in the preparation of the company's strategic plans. • Integrate Occupational Risk Prevention into your area of ??activity, complying with current regulations. • Supervise the insurance and tax teams. • Integrate, in compliance with current regulations, the internal control systems. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of seven different departments. • Lead presentations and other financial reports at Roadshows and similar events. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration or similar. Master's degree will be a plus. • Minimum of 20 years' experience in senior management roles, preferably in infrastructure, commercial, real estate or retail sectors. Previous experience in listed companies will be a plus. • Membership of Senior Management Committees will be highly valued. • Proven experience in managing and leading teams. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong focus on planning and financial management. • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. • Flexibility to adapt to a regulated and constantly changing environment. • Very high level of Spanish (Minimum C1). Portuguese, French and/or German will be a plus. English fluent • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP. • Analytical and communication skills and ability to work in a team.
