Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO VALENCIA SPAIN Role is open to Spanish speaking candidates worldwide An industrial company, owned by a fund, is looking for a CFO to join its headquarters in Valencia. Reporting to the general management, the CFO will assume the following responsibilities: Analysis and evaluation of new investments Ensure compliance with accounting, financial and tax obligations Supervision of statutory and analytical accounting, and preparation of economic-financial reports to facilitate decision-making Management of functions related to treasury and financing. Interaction with customers and suppliers. Collaboration in the preparation of budgets, closing forecasts and monitoring of deviations. Implementation and analysis of business key performance indicators (KPIs). Supervision and review of monthly and annual accounting closings. Coordination of external audit processes and preparation of annual accounts. Management of bank financing. Management of the Information Technology (IT) area and the implementation process of a new ERP. Coordination of administrative and financial integration in the processes of inorganic growth and international expansion. Improvement, optimization and unification of administrative and financial procedures. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar Experience in financial management, and at least 25 years in financial departments (ideally, industrial) Valuable experience in Big4 Experience in management control, relationship with banks and team management High level of Spanish, native language is English
