Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO INDONESIA FOR MINING As a CFO, You will be responsible for planning, directing, managing and controlling all the company's financial activities, Finances, Accounts, Operations, Cost, Controlling, tax, fiscal, legal , investor-relation operations, capital budgeting and investment evaluations, cash management, cost management and working capital management including establishing and maintaining financial controls, preparing and interpreting financial reports, Banking Relations, Funding, Data Analysis, Decision Making, Management Reporting, SOPs & Strategies etc. The Person will be also responsible for the financial aspect of the procurement & Logistics, Commercial, Negotiations and required Capital Management Required Skills:--- Functional Expertise: --- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with financial modeling and analysis is imperative. Management Skills:-- Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to build and lead a high-performing finance team. Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Analysis, Data Crunching & Decision Making: -- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the natural interest in and analyzing, and ability to analyze, financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Strategic Mindset:-- A strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals and initiatives with overall business objectives. Experience in contributing to strategic planning and business development efforts. Compliances:-- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including legal, taxation, financial reporting regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and industry-specific regulations. Ethics: -- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to transparency, accuracy, and compliance in financial practices. Travelling to the sites will be part of job. * Knowledge of Local language and International experience in Coal Mining will be preferred.
