Job Description : 6) Chief Operating Officer Location: Dubai Salary: Circa 50-60K AED One of the leading financial institutions in the UAE is seeking a Chief Operating Officer based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: ? Plan, develop, implement, and manage the organization’s operational and processing support. ? Ensure compliance with the company's objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards. ? Enhance customer satisfaction through timely, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective processing of transactions. Requirements: ? A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting & Finance, Banking Studies, Business Management, or any relevant commercial discipline. An MBA would be an advantage. ? At least 15 years of experience in banking or financial institution operations, with a minimum of 5 years leading an Operations Department. Please note: Candidates must be based in the UAE.
