Job Description : PLANT DIRECTOR GUINEA FOR BEVERAGES looking for candidates with a strong background in beverage production, specifically with Krones equipment. The ideal candidates should be able to oversee our production processes, equipment maintenance, optimize operations, and ensure product quality while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our team. The Plant Director will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and meet our production goals. Our factory specializes in producing fruit concentrate juices, canned soft drinks, and both still and flavored bottled water. The facility includes: A Krones canning line with a capacity of 34,000 cans per hour. A PET bottling line with a capacity of 16,000 bottles per hour. A water filling line for jugs, capable of processing 300 jugs per hour. Currently, our PET and can lines operate with one team per day, achieving mechanical efficiencies of 66% and 72%, respectively. However, we have observed a utilization rate of only 31% for both lines, indicating significant potential for improvement. Position in West Guinea.
