Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER QATAR Operations Manager Qualifications: B. E / B. Tech, preferably mechanical background A Diploma holder with an exceptional profile will also be considered. Experience: Possess 20 to 25 years’ experience in “Project Management”; out of which at least 10 years as Operations Manager / Head of Operations / Director Operations with prominent contracting companies involved in EPC projects. Requirements: Well Experienced in handling EPC Projects from tendering to commissioning. GCC experience is a must. Industry: Refineries, petrochemicals plants, fertilizers plants, gas plants or other allied industries Job Description: Manage personnel, core operations, budgets, project delivery, and overall company strategy. Fostering the growth and development of team members, managing costs efficiently, and optimizing operations to enhance profitability Involvement in financial procedures such as invoicing and overseeing margins, costs, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure cost and schedule adherence of all projects under Civil/Mechanical division Review project plan and execution phases. Responsible for resolving all client and customer complaints and problems. Manage communication and interdepartmental cooperation. Provide technical direction and work-related advice. Review and approve all documents and communications before submission to client Focusing on ‘continuous improvement’ of processes and procedures. Establishing targets for the department and team members. Evaluate performance and take corrective actions to ensure these targets are met Implement controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to department budget Soft Skills: Good communication, Negotiation, Adaptable.
