Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: UAE Responsibilities: • Provide financial leadership across all business units, including medical trading, hospital operations, contracting, and manufacturing. • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our group’s growth objectives. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support decision-making at the executive level. • Ensure financial compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax obligations in the UAE. • Manage cash flow, financial controls, and overall financial performance to optimize profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions in the UAE • Partner with senior management on business expansion, investment opportunities, and long-term planning. • Oversee relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification. • At least 25 years in finance with 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally within diverse industry sectors. • Deep understanding of UAE tax and regulatory frameworks. • Strong relationships with banks and financial institutions in the UAE • Proven track record of leading finance teams and delivering results in complex organizations. • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
