Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER QATAR Industry: Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Gas Plants Experience: 20-25 years in Project Management (10+ years in a managerial role) Salary: Negotiable Joining Date: ASAP Key Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech (preferably Mechanical) Diploma holders with exceptional experience also considered GCC experience is a must Requirements: Extensive experience handling EPC projects from tendering to commissioning Industry exposure in refineries, petrochemical plants, gas plants, etc. Job Responsibilities: Manage personnel, core operations, budgets, and project delivery Foster team growth, optimize operations, and improve profitability Oversee financial processes like invoicing, margins, budgeting & forecasting Ensure adherence to project cost and timelines within Civil/Mechanical division Resolve client complaints and issues promptly Provide technical guidance and work-related advice Focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures Set and evaluate department and team targets Control spending and ensure budget adherence Soft Skills: Excellent communication Negotiation & adaptability skills Personality Traits: Confident, Analytical, Decisive, Smart-working
