Job Description : VP PROCUREMENT ABU DHABI UAE highly experienced and knowledgeable Vice President of Procurement to lead their procurement function. This role is pivotal in driving strategic procurement initiatives that support the organisation's growth and operational efficiency. Lead the transformation of the procurement function to support strategic goals. Address current challenges in CAPEX procurement by developing and implementing robust strategies. Establish a comprehensive category management framework that optimises spending across various categories. Streamline demand management in the sites and implement best-in-class procurement practices. Enhance operational procurement processes and the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build strong relationships. Lead, motivate, and develop the procurement team. Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate procurement-related risks.
