The company has a strong presence in both local and international markets, with a commitment to sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities: * Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s long-term growth objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. * Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the operations team to optimize cost structures and enhance profitability across all manufacturing units. * Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure that all financial activities comply with local and international regulations. Develop a risk management framework to safeguard the company’s assets. * Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. * Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and investors. * Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. * Experience: At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within the apparel and textile industry.
