Job Description : Employee Engagement Manager Would you like to make an impact at one of Ethiopia's top and largest FMCG companies The company is currently going through a transition, and they are searching for someone with a strong drive, energy, skill, and mindset to support the shift and bring about the desired positive work culture and employee engagement within the company. Role Purpose Responsible for fostering a culture of engagement, satisfaction, and productivity among staff in the Company. He or she will lead initiatives to improve the entire employee experience, boost retention, and promote a positive workplace environment following the Company's HR Strategy. Your Attributes and Experience At least eight years of relevant experience in engaging and managing people and industrial relations. At least a Bachelor's qualification in Human resource management/business management, management, public administration or equivalent High-level understanding of contemporary HR and employee engagement practices. Experience and expertise in putting into practice a variety of powerful HR initiatives to support company goals and objectives. A thorough knowledge of industrial relations and county labor laws. Capacity to create and convey goals that support the mission of the company.
