Job Description : ENERGY BUSINESS UNIT HEAD ROMANIA Strategic Growth Planning: Craft strategic growth plans for the Romanian market. Analyze market trends to identify emerging business opportunities. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (government bodies, regulatory agencies, industry partners, local communities). Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, focusing on safety and sustainability. Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at conferences and forums to enhance brand recognition and contribute to sector dialogue. Team Nurturing: Foster a local team with support from the head office to establish a Romanian business and production hub. The ideal candidate for the Head of Business Unit - Energy Sector role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred. They must have proven success in senior roles within the renewable energy sector, particularly in Solar and Wind projects, and expertise in Transmission and Distribution Projects, including substations and overhead lines. The candidate should demonstrate robust business acumen, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
