Ideal for professionals passionate about engineering and innovation Role summary: The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the design process, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality related to various engineering packages. The role also involves managing technical relationships with clients, ensuring effective interdisciplinary collaboration, and participating in decisions regarding design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of specific products. Main Responsibilities: · Manage and coordinate the mechanical design team, ensuring process efficiency. · Ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and quality of engineering packages. · Act as a technical point of contact for the client, ensuring effective interdisciplinary collaboration. · Participate in decisions regarding design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the product. · Manage the engineering budget for assigned projects. Requirements: · In-depth knowledge of Electric Arc Furnace products and related Fume Extraction/Treatment systems. · Technical experience in production contexts or in electro-mechanical design companies for steel plants. · Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline. · Excellent team management and project coordination skills. · Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage budget and resources efficiently.
