Ideal for professionals passionate about engineering and innovation The role involves the design of electrical and/or automation components for plants (heating furnaces, steelworks, rolling mills for long products) or parts thereof, ensuring their development and the preparation of technical documents, the study of innovative technical solutions, and providing technical /operational support for procurement, production, testing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. A strong foundation in rolling processes (hot zone, finishing zone) and/or combustion processes is required, along with good competencies in safety (concept, development, validation). Design and develop electrical and automation components for steel plants. Prepare detailed technical documentation for projects. Develop innovative technical solutions to improve the efficiency and safety of plants. Provide technical and operational support for procurement, production, testing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with safety standards and process validation. Strong knowledge of rolling processes (hot zone, finishing zone) and/or combustion processes. Good competencies in safety (concept, development, validation). Previous experience in the design of industrial automation systems. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
