Job Description : Profit Center Head Location-Nigeria - West Africa Salary- 3500-4000 USD Saving per month Role & responsibilities 1 Managed annual sales turnover. 2 P/L responsibility of Edible Nuts, yearly targets & execution of Annual operating plan management. 3 Design Sales & Marketing strategy for the region 4 Price controls, Ensuring TCB adherence with periodic M2M review. 5 Strategies implementations to increase market Share. 6 Contract Management , Contract negotiation & Execution. 7 Organise with risk & credit teams to make sure that all trades meet organisations regulatory & compliance requirements. 8 Liaising & coordinating with group company offices across India. 9 Competitor & pricing analysis 10 Improved sales team capacity- assess the opportunities. 11 SOP implementation and ensure the adherence for Edible Nuts. 12 Strengthening 3P purchase and sales ability by knowing details of different markets. Good relationship with 3P suppliers, and brokers. 13 Handling the Processing side of the business. 14 Handle and lead the BRM, WC management and other financial aspect of businesses. 15 Help team to develop CKN & RCN book PNL management skills, which involves monthly profit, position, Debits etc management. 16 Executing the sales volume numbers profitably. 17 New product launch, market study & execution.
