Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR IVC -Manage, plan and coordinate the financial, accounting and tax tasks of the structures, - Check compliance with accounting, tax and legal rules at the regional level, - Monitor cash flows on a daily basis, analyze deviations from forecasts, update cash flow forecasts, supervise the collection and disbursement process, develop investment financing plans, ensure relations with banking institutions, - Establish dashboards, periodically monitor indicators, analyze monthly deviations, participate in the preparation and development of forecast budgets, monitor their developments, - Supervise financial information and its communication to external partners, - Report periodically to the Executive Committee: short and medium-term cash flow forecast, forecast budgets, dashboards, status of disputes, - Develop recommendations to the Executive Committee on its financial strategies and to operational managers on budgetary processes and operational solutions, - Conduct one-off cost analysis and internal audit missions, - Define objectives Finance teams, assess their performance, support their skills development, Coming from a background in finance, accounting or business school, you have at least 18 years of experience in the financial management of subsidiaries on the African continent, ideally in one of the following sectors: energy, construction, transport and logistics, infrastructure.
