Job Description : Global Practice Lead – Managed Services (VP Level)" for their operations in Boston, MA / Santa Clara, CA ( USA). The ideal candidate will have over 16 years of experience, including at least 6 years in managing large-scale, multi-client managed service practices, with responsibility for a P&L exceeding $70 million. This role demands strong leadership in overseeing multiple clients, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and delivering cost-effective IT solutions that align with client needs. The candidate will be tasked with building trusted relationships with clients to facilitate long-term platform usage and growth while providing best practice guidance and solutions tailored to business requirements. Experience in managing large engagements and pre-sales activities is essential. The role also involves developing and implementing the strategic direction for managed services across various industry verticals. Additionally, the candidate will lead, mentor, and manage the managed services team, fostering continuous skill development. Ideally, candidates will have a background in an IT services company and must be capable of taking ownership of growth initiatives and the Go-To-Market strategy.
