Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager (Wine Plant) Location: Igbesa (Nigeria) leading FMCG Company operating a wine manufacturing plant in Nigeria. The Company is seeking an experienced and talented Production Manager to support all aspects of its Wine production, operations and mechanical efficiency. The person is to act like a production head with prime responsibility of planning, organising and co-ordinating all activities of the operations of the Wine Plant. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Production Engineering 10 to 15 years of experience managing winery production including knowledge of bottling and mechanical operations from of any of NBC, NBL, Pepsi or similar type of bottling plants. Knowledge of major aspects of wine production, supervision, organization, and scheduling of personnel, equipment, and safety regulations. Ability to effectively present recommendations through logical and analytical analysis. Demonstrate skills in manufacturing and improvement with a “lead by example” attitude. Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
