Job Description : E&I Head for Distillery Plant for Uganda Location Job Location: Uganda Nationality: Indian Qualification: B.E. Electrical & Instrumentation Candidates: Background Must from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Process Head of Distillery to oversee our grain-based production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, uphold quality standards, ensure safety compliance, manage the distillery team, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and innovation. Key Result Areas (KRAs): 1. Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations. 2. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 3. Ensure that equipment is in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities 4. Installation of fresh electrical components and fittings. 5. Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management. 6. Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process. 7. Perform energy audits and recommend alternative sources of energy. 8. Help the organization to reduce energy costs. 9. Ensure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are switched off after closing of work daily. 10. Fix and maintain lighting fixtures and fittings. 11. Troubleshoots machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services. Qualifications: 1. B.E Qualified with E&I 2. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in distillery operations or other Industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 3. knowledge in grain-based operations is preferred & Hands-on experience in Power Plant 4. Excellent leadership, team management, analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Good understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
