Key Qualifications & Experience: FCA, MBA in Finance, or CA. 25+ years of financial & strategic management experience, with at least 10 years in senior management role. Proven experience in leading financial teams and overseeing financial planning, taxation and reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and reporting. A successful track record of managing and large-scale financial operations. Deep knowledge of financial management, tax laws, corporate governance, compliance and financial reporting. Strong strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Integrity, resilience, and a leadership style that inspires and influences 01 011 levels.
