Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER (Plastic Manufacturing Industry, Harare ZIMBABWE) –plastic manufacturing sector is looking for Production Manager with some rigid plastics experience of 20+ years and 5years experience in a management role. Must have Plastic packaging or Bottling packaging background experience. Good conflict handling and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full utilization of planned maintenance allowance as per weekly planned maintenance report. Improvement of cycle times as per efficiency logs and production meeting minutes every hour. Developing and manage a budget for production. Adherence to skills plan as per food safety management review report back. Ensure succession plan is in place for department as per succession plan. Compliance with HR & IR policies and procedures. Qualification: Must be in possession of an Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical). A generous salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
