Job Description : Corporate Financial Officer (CFO) EAST AFRICA Experience : 18+ years Qualifications : CA/ CMA Qualified Salary : 50 - 50 LPA Roles and Responsibilities:- · Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, costing, and financial reporting. · Supervise imports and exports processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. · Manage company audits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal audit requirements. · Prepare and analyse MIS reports for decision-making and present financial results to the leadership team. · Lead the finalisation of accounts and ensure timely completion of financial statements. · Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings. · Provide strategic financial insights and contribute to business planning and budgeting processes. · Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability. · Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals.
