Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR DUBAI a development and construction company in Dubai is looking to hire Project Director to join their office in Dubai. Its a senior role within the developer's construction department. Manage and oversee that projects are delivered on budget, on time, and with the desired quality. Develop a course of action that manages risk, time and quality. Have the necessary leadership to maintain complete control and transparency from the start of a project to it's completion. 5+ years’ experience with Trakhees and DDA and Dubai Municipality is MANDATORY 15+ years’ experience in construction Experience covering the full project cycle from inception to completion Experience in pre and post contract administration. Experience with High Rise building is MANDATORY
