Job Description : Head of Operations LAGOS, NIGERIA Industry: Logistics a. The Head of Operations will oversee all aspects of logistics operations, focusing on freight forwarding, cargo, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. b. This role will ensure operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, manage vendor relationships, and implement innovative solutions to optimize the company’s supply chain. c. Additionally, the Head of Operations will lead a high-performing team and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Requirements a. A University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. b. 12+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong focus on freight forwarding and cargo operations. c. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, freight rates, port operations, and logistics technologies (e.g., route optimization, real-time tracking).
