Job Description : Head of IT Infrastructure VIETNAM Industry: Manufacturing/Preferably Pharma Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure to lead our client technology operations, ensuring seamless support to business. The ideal candidate will have: - 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management - Strong knowledge of pharma industry regulations (GxP, HIPAA, etc.) - Expertise in cloud, network, security, and data center management - Excellent leadership and communication skills Key Responsibilities: 1. The head of I&O is responsible for the delivery of all IT infrastructure and related IT operations used to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise. 2. Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy, aligning it with the company’s business goals, operational needs, and regulatory requirements (such as FDA, GxP, and GDPR). Introduces innovative, differentiating infrastructure and operations capabilities that enhance our overall competitive capabilities and enhance employee productivity. 3. Develop and manage the annual I&O budget to ensure that it's consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and is within plan Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience, preferably in pharma - Strong knowledge of: - Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.) - Network architecture and security - Data center management - GxP, HIPAA, and other pharma regulations - ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications preferred - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
