Job Description : General Manager Location: Dubai Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000 Job Code: 093/001/489 Industry: Beverage Manufacturing Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and growth. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Train and mentor low-level managers and staff to enhance team performance. Create and manage budgets to align with company goals and financial targets. Continuously seek ways to improve revenue and reduce costs. Evaluate overall business performance and productivity regularly. Analyze accounting and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Research and identify new growth opportunities in the market. Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Conduct financial forecasting and perform risk analysis to guide strategic decisions. Present financial and budget reports to senior management. Minimum 18 years from which 7-8 years of experience in a General Manager or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). In-depth knowledge of various business functions and processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving. Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in computer applications and business software.
