Manufacturing Excellence Manager

Job Description : MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE MANAGER ZAMBIA Develop and implement manufacturing excellence strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency across all production lines. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to optimize production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Ensure effective communication among team members through regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, FPM rates, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using tools like Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and WCM. Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Food Technology or related field; B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 20-25 years of experience in confectionery industry with expertise in food technology, manufacturing engineering, data management, VMS implementation & maintenance. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets from ERP systems like SAP/Oracle/Infor/IOT platform.
