Job Description : FMCG FACTORY MANAGER ZIMBABWE Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives. Manage manpower effectively to achieve productivity targets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms. Implement cost reduction measures without compromising product quality or efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 25-30 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in MS/M.Sc (Science) degree. Strong knowledge of floor management, product planning, wastage control, safety regulations, and manufacturing processes. Proven track record of implementing cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality output.
