Engineering Manager

Job Description : ENGINEERING MANAGER IVC Manage engineering projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement new confectionery manufacturing processes and equipment. Collaborate with production management to optimize existing lines for improved efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during all stages of product development. Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc (Science) degree in Food Technology or related field; B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred. Minimum 20-25 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the confectionery industry. Strong understanding of implementation cycle, execution, improvement initiatives, and production management principles.
