Job Description : HR Head to lead the Head Portfolio (PMS, L&D, OD, and TM) for a growing Life Insurance firm based in Mumbai. Candidates should meet the mandatory criteria mentioned below: - A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing multiple HR COEs. Candidates having additional experience as an HRBP would be preferred. - Should have experience in managing senior team members and a proven ability to lead HR initiatives independently. - Working in either Financial Services/ Consumer or Pharmaceutical Sectors.
