Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER TELECOM OMAN Senior Manager - Telecom Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive telecom strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of telecom professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Project Management: Manage complex telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget constraints. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with telecom vendors and suppliers. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies and trends, ensuring the company remains competitive. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 18 years in telecom, 5 years of experience in senior management roles within the telecom industry. Proven track record of successfully managing telecom projects and teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
