Job Description : HR ADMINISTRATION LEADER UK Role is open to International candidates * Manage and implement best practice processes * Ensure effective and efficient HR onboarding * Contribute to the transformation of services As an HR Administration Leader, your role will be integral in managing compliance within the business, working closely with the HR Compliance and Administration Manager. You'll be responsible for right to work checks for new starters, maintaining accurate compliance records, and providing support to other HR Services Teams when required. Your commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and customer focus will be key in delivering excellent service. * Ensure smooth running of compliance within the business in line with relevant policies and legislation * Escalate compliance issues with serious business or legal risks to senior members of the HR team * Work closely with the HR Compliance and Administration Manager to ensure performance targets are met * Manage right to work checks for new starters, ensuring satisfactory documentation has been provided * Maintain accurate compliance records and tracking tools, ensuring manual and electronic records are up-to-date * Provide hands-on support to other HR Services Teams when required The ideal candidate for the HR Administration Leader role will bring proven experience from a similar environment. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism will be paramount. Experience in using HR Systems and managing compliance aspects will be beneficial. A flexible 'can-do' approach coupled with excellent customer service skills will set you apart. * Proven experience of working within a similar environment is desirable * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times * Experience in using HR Information Systems * Experience of managing compliance aspects * Flexibility, with a 'can-do' approach * Customer-focused with excellent service skills
