Job Description : EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DATA AND AI DUBAI As a senior leader, you will develop and implement AI and Data strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. This role involves leveraging AI to improve software products and user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the CEO, as the Executive Director Data & AI you will be Define and implement AI and Data strategies that balance short- and long-term goals, while establishing an AI framework to enhance efficiency and insights across the organization. Oversee the execution of AI and Data projects, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and optimizing system performance. Develop a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives, promoting a data-centric culture and ensuring secure, accessible data storage. Implement processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance, while ensuring the ethical use of AI and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Identify impactful AI use cases and measure the ROI of AI initiatives, aligning investments with overall business goals. Foster an AI-first mindset within the organization, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. Advocate for the transformative potential of AI and work to integrate it into the company culture in collaboration with other executives. Collaborate closely with the CTO, product managers, and data scientists to drive innovative AI initiatives. Qualifications & Experience required 15+ years in technology with leadership experience in AI. Strong technical and soft skills, including communication and decision-making.
