With your background in European hospitality standards, you will ensure that the resort maintains a world-class standard. Oversee daily operations of the resort ensuring highest standards are maintained Develop and implement business strategies to promote the resort's growth Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with guests Manage budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for promotional activities As our ideal candidate for the General Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry.
