Job Description : CHRO DUBAI HR Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Act as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team. Provide expertise and insight in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management. Talent Management & Acquisition Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and development strategies. Oversee succession planning and leadership development initiatives. Organizational Culture & Development Shape the organizational culture to align with business goals, fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and engagement. Develop employee engagement strategies that drive a positive workplace culture. Lead initiatives that promote the company’s values and foster a high-performance work environment. Compensation & Benefits Oversee the development of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in compensation and benefits programs. Regularly assess and adjust the company’s compensation structures to ensure they attract and retain top talent. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Mitigate HR-related risks by developing and implementing sound compliance strategies. Lead employee relations, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees and resolution of grievances. Learning & Development Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employees' skills and leadership capabilities. Oversee the identification of training needs and the delivery of appropriate training programs. Promote a learning culture that enables employee growth and organizational agility. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Lead DEI strategies to create a more inclusive workplace. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure diversity goals are integrated into all aspects of the business. Measure and report on DEI initiatives and progress toward goals. Employee Relations Serve as a resource for management and employees on employee relations issues. Foster an environment of open communication, trust, and collaboration. Ensure proper handling of workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Must have an overall experience of 25 years off which at least 10 years experience as HR Leader managing large teams. Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred). Proven experience as a CHRO or in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in Hospitality, Real Estate & Construction. Strong knowledge of HR strategies, labor laws, and best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively. Experience with HR technology and data analytics.
