Job Description : BRANCH HEAD TANZANIA FOR PAINT 10+ years experience Manage and oversee all operations at the main office and branches, focusing on sales, inventory management, and staff development. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, as well as effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to help them achieve their full potential and drive overall team performance. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate closely with staff and consultants to coordinate projects, schedules, and timelines. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all operations. Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Submit periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports, performance analyses, and other reports to the Directors.
