Job Description : CFO DUBAI We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. As the CFO, your primary role will be to safeguard our financial stability, optimize profitability, and drive strategic decision-making. You will provide leadership, financial insights, and guidance to achieve our business objectives while ensuring compliance with global IFRS standards and local regulations. Financial Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Financial Management and Oversight: Safeguard the company’s financial interests and ensure compliance with global IFRS standards and local regulations. Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Strategic Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with strategic objectives. Develop financial performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. Risk Management and Compliance: Mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Capital Management and Investments: Manage capital, investments, and liquidity to support strategic initiatives. Optimize working capital and liquidity management. Cost Efficiency and Optimization: Implement cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements across the organization. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Manage and execute M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes. Financial Relationships and Negotiations: Manage relationships with financial partners, banks, vendors, and stakeholders. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to support company objectives. Team Development and IT Systems: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee the adoption and enhancement of finance IT systems to support business needs. Change Management and Business Transformation: Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change initiatives, drive business transformation, and foster organizational agility. Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a comparable industry. Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles. Demonstrated leadership ability with strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Foundational or Executive Education. M&A and Investment Management. Experience with financial IT systems and software.
