Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI 15+ years experience The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and its subsidiaries. The role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with legal regulations. The Finance Manager will work closely with the CFO and executive team to support strategic decision-making, optimize financial performance, and drive the groups financial growth. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage the groups annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide detailed financial analysis and insight into business performance. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to meet financial objectives. Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments to support strategic decisions. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Manage intercompany transactions and consolidation processes across the groups entities. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity across the group. Optimize the group’s capital structure and working capital requirements. Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage funding, credit lines, and treasury operations. Cost Control & Efficiency: Lead initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve financial efficiency across the group. Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard assets and optimize resources. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations. Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure adherence to company policies, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team. Ensure the team’s continuous professional development and alignment with business goals. Promote a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration within the department. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders including department heads, external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Present financial reports and analysis to senior management, board members, and investors when required.
